Ceri Williams
Ceri Williams is an accomplished PRINCE2® and Prosci® Change Management Practitioner who has delivered a diverse range of change projects across both private and public sectors, predominantly within the areas of IT, education and eProcurement business change. Ceri is a Prosci® Certified Advanced Instructor, delivering change management programmes within the UK and internationally.
Ceri specialises in the integration of project and change management, ensuring that change is effectively managed on both the technical side and the people side, and that that projects deliver the intended results and outcomes.
Ceri joined CMC in November 2008 to provide project management consultancy services as part of the CMC eProcurement team at the Welsh Government working on the xchangewales Programme. Recently, Ceri provided change management consultancy to public sector organisations across Wales as part of the Welsh Government eTrading Wales eProcurement Programme.
Ceri loves to travel both for work and leisure and is an avid photographer.
