Following the recent acquisition of CMC Partnership Global and Nexum by Prosci, this year we'll be there under the name of Prosci Europe. This acquisition build on Prosci's momentum of expanding it's global presence and together with Nexum, CMC Partnership Global will become Prosci Europe and will operate and deliver Prosci's portfolio of change management solutions in Belgium, Denmark, France, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Norway, Sweden, the UK and some French speaking regions of Switzerland.
You'll soon see some changes to our website and our logo, but everything else remains the same: it's business as usual. That means, at the event this year, the same fantastic team will be there to meet you, but our shirts will be different colour and will be sporting a new logo!

Main Conference Session for Paid Delegates

In this interactive and free session, Prosci Europe's Change Expert Steve Ragg will show you how to put your learning team at the centre of building change capability using Prosci's role-based change management training. Business change involves the introduction of new or improved organisational solutions intended to make things better, and in our experience there's often a bias towards technical implementation at the expense of engaging people on which success depends. Prosci has been helping address this imbalance over the last 20 years by providing methodologies and tools explicitly designed to allow a structured and intentional approach to the people side of change. This talk will explore the collaboration across leadership, people managers, project teams and change practitioners required for such methodologies to deliver results, and Prosci's role-based training which builds this collaboration in the context of the real changes challenging our organisations.
